Please note that if you already downloaded the version that was briefly available to download on Friday 9th / Saturday 10th February, the timings for theatre rehearsals on Wednesday 10th April have been changed.

SPELLBOUND VARSITY JACKET

Garments ordered between 11th February and 9th March will be available to collect from Juniors' Reception W/C 25th March 2024.

Juniors' Reception opens at 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

Any garments ordered after 9th March may not arrive in time for the show.

CHAPERONING AND LOOKING AFTER YOUR CHILD BACKSTAGE

In addition to an amazing group of our Dancebox college students, we also need some wonderful parents to help chaperone during the Spellbound run! If you don't already have a valid DBS check which is on the update service, we will need to apply for a 'Volunteer Enhanced DBS' check for you, which will cost approximately £20. If you could fill out the short form below to let us know your availability to support Dancebox in the running of our show that would be amazing!

LOOKING AFTER YOUR CHILD BACKSTAGE

As we continue our preparations for the show we are also starting to look at chaperone schedules. Our Tiny Stars, Little Stars and Reception Year students will require a parent / carer with them backstage in the dressing room at the theatre at all times. Your child will need to arrive in costume 15 minutes before the show begins. They will also be able to leave after they have performed their dance.

I understand some of you may want to watch the show with your partner. In this instance you will need to arrange for another family member (over 18 only), a trusted friend, or the parent of a child in the same group to look after your child during the performance. We can have a maximum of 2 children to 1 adult in our Tiny Star, Little Star and Reception groups.
