Job Title: Social Media Executive
Salary: Up to £75 p/day DOE
Location: Milton Keynes
Position Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours : 9.30-3.30 / Hours will vary and some weekend work will be required for events

Job Overview:
​
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, social media, and digital engagement, particularly within a creative or performance-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and edit video/photo content in the studio for social media use

Assist the Social Media Manager with the scheduling, posting, and editing of social content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs)
-
Manage and engage with comments across all social media channels
-
Support the marketing team in creating and posting promotional materials (e.g., posters, event promos)

Assist with general in-house tasks across the social media, marketing, and management teams as required

Occasionally support weekend events such as studio open days, CYD, Move It, and other key dates
Who are we looking for?​

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
-
Comfortable with basic photo/video editing tools (experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar a plus)

Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

Organised, enthusiastic, and happy to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience in a dance, performance, or creative studio environment is a bonus but not essential
