When fitting dance shoes, please walk on a carpet - we do not accept any shoe back into stock with a mark or scuff on the sole.
Email admin@dacneboxstdusio.co.za to explain the problem, request the correct size needed (size up/down etc) and arrange a day/time to return the incorrect item.
If we have the correct size item we will put it to one side for you. If the item is not in stock, we will order the item and let you know when it is in stock.
